Alfred Fagon’s daughter Shelly Worthy-Eveleigh invited recent award winners to the Little Big Town Arts Festival in Ashburton, Devon on 17th September 2023.

Hannah Shury-Smith (Alfred Fagon Award winner, 2022), Chakira Alin, (Mustapha Matura Award and Mentoring Programme winner, 2021), and Max Kolaru (Roland Rees Bursary, 2022) were in conversation with playwright and radio dramatist Patricia Cumper MBE.

After the talk Patricia led a scriptwriting masterclass.  Our three winners were also on hand to pass on advice and feedback to the participants.

Shelly Worthy-Eveleigh founded the Port Elliot Festival in 2003 and the Little Big Town Arts Festival in 2023.
